Delivery methods
All delivery times are valid for orders placed during a period of working days*.
We remind you that these deadlines are given as an indication and that they remain dependent on our transport providers.
BeautyMix could not be held responsible in the event of late delivery.
If the delivery times are exceeded, the shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
*Working days: Monday to Friday noon (excluding public holidays).
Deadlines & Prices

During the validation of the order, you will have the choice of the carrier. The choice will be made between the Mondial Relay or Colissimo collection point .
Check that the home address you provide when ordering is valid (your name must appear on the mailbox) in the event that delivery to your pick-up point is not possible.
Order process
Distributed packages are deposited directly in mailboxes for all deliveries in mainland France, no signature is required. To ensure that your parcel can be dropped off, your letterbox must correspond to AFNOR standards with the following dimensions: 34 cm deep, 26 cm high and 26 cm wide. If these standards do not correspond to the size of your mailbox and we are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. If necessary, it is possible to choose to receive your package in a collection point, or in a 24/7 locker by choosing delivery via Mondial Relay at the time of payment.
Tracking your order
When sending your package, you will receive an email indicating your package tracking number.
To follow the progress of your order, log in to the section of your personal space “my orders”. Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow its progress via the Colissimo or Mondial Relay link.

This period may be extended by a few days during the Christmas period. In the event of any other problem related to the receipt of your order, you can also contact this same service:

Delivery abroad (outside the European Union)
BeautyMix also delivers abroad, but some countries require specific customs fees. The amount will depend on the net weight of your package and these costs will be your responsibility.
