Recipe
This synergy of essential oils helps to calm stress and anxiety, and fight against insomnia. Used in the form of a roll-on to be applied to the wrists, its virtues will be exerted by the skin but also by the olfactory route.
Usage
Apply the roll-on ball to the solar plexus, or to the inside of the wrists. Then rub your two wrists together and breathe deeply. Take several deep breaths. Repeat the application every 15 minutes for 1 hour if necessary in case of sudden anxiety. Do not exceed 4-6 applications per day.
If you have hypersensitive skin or if your skin reacts to one of the essential oils present in the synergy, you can always apply the synergy on a handkerchief. Then breathe in the handkerchief by taking several deep breaths.
Precautions before starting
Before starting, it is advisable to clean and disinfect the work surface and the utensils: the prepared products will go on the skin, it is therefore necessary to avoid any microbial contamination!
Thoroughly clean the BeautyMix. Then, soak a clean cloth in 70° alcohol (available in supermarkets) and use it to disinfect the BeautyMix tank and all the utensils. Let dry.
Clean the work surface and remove objects that could get in the way.
Place a clean paper towel on the work surface, and place the utensils on it. Have available: a clean teaspoon or spatula, and a clean, dry container for pouring the preparation once ready. Wash hands thoroughly.
Respect the dosages indicated for the ingredients of the recipe.

Preparation

Pour the indicated quantities of essential oils into a small bowl.

Then add the apricot kernel vegetable oil

Mix vigorously to homogenize the mixture.
