What are the possible ways of using rosemary camphor essential oil?
Rosemary camphor essential oil cutaneously
Cellulite
Mix in a bottle:
- 100 ml of avocado vegetable oil
- 15 drops of juniper essential oil
- 30 drops of grapefruit essential oil
- 15 drops of rosemary camphor essential oil
Massage the thighs and hips with small circular movements with 5 to 10 drops of this synergy. Use in the evening (because grapefruit essential oil is photosensitizing) for 5 to 7 days. This synergy can also be applied to slightly damp skin after getting out of the shower.
Intestinal cramps and spasms
Massage the lower abdomen with the following synergy:
- 2 drops of rosemary camphor essential oil
- 1 drop of exotic basil essential oil
- 1 drop of shelled marjoram essential oil
- 15 drops of sweet almond vegetable oil
Use this synergy morning and evening for 2 to 3 days if necessary.
Muscle contraction
Mix:
- 20 ml of arnica macerate
- 20 drops of wintergreen essential oil
- 20 drops of rosemary camphor essential oil
Massage the achy and painful area with 5 drops of this synergy morning and evening if necessary. Use for 5 days maximum.
Heavy legs and water retention
Mix in a bottle:
- 50 ml of calophyll vegetable oil
- 10 drops of Scots pine essential oil
- 5 drops of sandalwood essential oil
- 10 drops of rosemary camphor essential oil
Massage the legs with 5 to 10 drops of this synergy, from the ankles to the thighs (always from the bottom to the top to encourage the return of blood to the heart). Use morning and evening for 3 to 4 days if necessary.
